Job summary

4Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking three Housing Front Door Officers in Braintree to be the first contact for residents accessing Housing Services, providing advice, signposting and initial triage while identifying homelessness risk and safeguarding concerns.

You will handle enquiries via telephone, email and reception, perform initial triage, escalate urgent cases, and work with Housing Options, Social Care and external partners to maintain accurate records.

Location: Braintree Essex| 6-month temporary contract | Full Time

Rate: £25-£28 per hour umbrella, depending on experience

Working: 4 days office-based, 1 day remote
