Job summary

The Wallich, a leading homelessness charity in Wales, is seeking a Housing First Worker to coordinate flexible, person-centred support and outreach. You will help clients access services, work toward stable tenancies, and follow Housing First principles.

The role involves a commitment to flexible working hours and may include out-of-hours support. A DBS check is required and a driving licence/own vehicle is essential.

Qualifications

• This role requires an Enhanced DBS disclosure.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and provide a flexible, person-centred, solution-focused Housing First service.
• Work in outreach to enable clients to access needed services and interventions to build resilience and independence.
• Be available for flexible working arrangements and participate in on-call/out-of-hours support where required.
