Job summary

St Mungo in Reading is seeking a Housing First Coordinator to lead the development and day-to-day delivery of the Reading Housing First service. You will oversee line management, supervision of Housing First Workers and ensure intensive, high-quality support to a caseload of clients.

The role requires experience in managing complex cases, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with partners, health services, and housing staff to end rough sleeping.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex and difficult situations in relations to people.
• Day to day management/supervision of staff or volunteers or willingness to develop these skills.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities with diverse groups.
