St Mungo is seeking a Housing First Worker in Reading to deliver person-centred support to tenants, manage a small caseload and help individuals sustain tenancies in the community. Qualifikationen

• Experience of working with vulnerable people to sustain housing, health and/or work outcomes.
• Great communication skills with the ability to network with clients, colleagues and partner agencies.
• Ability to work independently and as a lone worker with knowledge of relevant safety protocols.
• Ability to manage a personal caseload with a proactive and innovative approach.

Aufgaben

• Deliver day-to-day Housing First service with a small caseload of clients.
• Work 9-5, Monday to Friday, in clients' homes and in the community using a person-centred approach.
• Build and maintain relationships with local partner agencies to support client recovery.
• Ensure clients are supported to sustain tenancy and achieve personal goals and aspirations.
