Job summary

Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking a Housing Enforcement Officer to identify anti-social behaviour, enforce tenancy and licence terms, collect evidence, and work with tenants and partner agencies to resolve issues in the community. You must hold a full UK driving licence and be flexible to work outside normal hours when required.

The role of a Housing enforcement officer is varied and exciting and can be very rewarding. You will be responsible for identifying perpetrators of anti-social behaviour, enforcing the tenancy/license agreements collating evidence, and working with tenants and partner agencies to resolve issues in the community. You will need to be organised and approachable, as well as being confident and professional at all times. You must hold a full UK driving license and be flexible to work outside of normal working hours when required.
