Job summary

Bromford in the United Kingdom is seeking a Housing Enabler to support customers with complex mental health needs at Wood Hayes Place and Saxon Court. You will help tenants manage tenancies, understand responsibilities and build confidence to maintain homes and wellbeing.

This role requires experience in housing management, strong mental health knowledge and supervisory ability. You will work across two schemes with a full UK driving licence and a vehicle, in a full-time, site-based capacity.

Qualifications

  • You collaborate effectively with multi agency partners, bringing people together to solve problems and ensure customers receive joined up support. You manage your time well across two schemes, adapt to changing priorities, and bring steady leadership and sound judgement to everything you do.
  • Above all, you're personable, flexible and committed to doing the right thing - helping customers feel supported, safe and empowered to move forward.

As a Housing Enabler, you'll work closely with customers living at our Wood Hayes Place and Saxon Court schemes, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs. You'll help customers to manage their tenancies, understand their responsibilities and develop the confidence and skills they need to maintain their homes and wellbeing.

Operational patch: Wood Hayes Place, Wolverhampton (WV11 1YD) and Saxon Court, Bloxwich (WS3 3NG)
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday)
Workstyle: Site based, working across two schemes with flexibility required
Other requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
DBS: Enhanced with Adult Barred List
