Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience in housing disrepair law.
• Strong understanding of housing law and procedure, as well as landlord and tenant law.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation to claimants who are having issues with housing disrepair.
• Conduct investigations into housing disrepair claims.
