Colbern Limited is recruiting a Housing Enabler to support Wyre Forest District Council in housing planning and development activities. The post is 1 day per week and hybrid, with occasional office meetings and a 9-5 schedule.

Immediate start is expected and the initial contract is three months. The role involves collaboration with planning colleagues, developers, Registered Providers and planning agents to enable housing development within the area and to develop local lettings plans under the

Qualifications

Work with planning colleagues on pre-application advice and planning applications in relation to housing.
Collaborate with developers, Registered Providers, planning agents to facilitate housing development.

Responsabilités

To work with planning colleagues in planning pre-application advice and planning applications in relation to housing.
To work closely with developers, Registered Providers, planning agents etc in an enabling role to facilitate housing development within the area.
Work with Registered Providers in developing local lettings plans.
They would report directly to the Director of Housing and Planning and could do the role in a hybrid way, with occasional meetings in the offices.
It would be a 9-5pm role with the day to be determined but potentially a Wednesday.
We would be looking for someone to start immediately and the initial period would be three months.
