Newlon Housing Trust is a major provider of affordable housing in north and east London. Based in our Decants Team, you will oversee the housing of people needing to be decanted on both a temporary and permanent basis. You will liaise between residents and Newlon, ensuring that tenancy beginnings and endings run smoothly and speedily.

A solutions-based, independent and team-oriented approach is required. The role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings and weekends, with 27 days

Qualifications

• Proven track record in housing management or void/re-let processes.
• Understanding of social or private housing rented sectors.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee decant process for temporary and permanent housing.
• Coordinate tenancy beginnings and endings with housing teams.
• Act as liaison between residents and Newlon.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contractors to deliver quick solutions for residents.
• Prepare to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
