Newlon Housing Trust in London is seeking a Decants Officer on a fixed-term contract until March 2027. Based in Hale Village, you will oversee decanting for tenants, ensuring tenancy beginnings and endings run smoothly with close collaboration across teams.

The role requires a proven track record in housing management, strong customer service and excellent communication to liaise between residents, housing teams and contractors. Some early mornings, evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in housing management or void/re-let processes.
• Understanding of social or private housing rented sectors.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
