Job description

Are you ready to lead the delivery of large-scale repairs and maintenance services across a diverse social housing portfolio? Do you have the drive and passion to shape high-performing teams, manage contracts and budgets, and deliver safe, high-quality services that make a real difference to our residents?

We’re looking for an experienced property maintenance leader with strong contract management and leadership skills to oversee the delivery of high-quality, compliant repairs and maintenance services across our housing portfolio.

About the role

This is a key leadership role responsible for the delivery of locality-based repairs, maintenance and planned works across a significant portfolio. You’ll ensure services are customer-focused, cost-effective and fully compliant with regulatory standards.

Working with contractors, colleagues and partners, you’ll take ownership of performance, budgets and outcomes—driving improvements in service quality, customer satisfaction and value for money. You’ll provide clear oversight of delivery, ensuring risks are managed, standards are met and services remain safe and compliant.

You’ll lead on contractor performance, procurement activity and service improvement, working closely with Housing Management and other teams to resolve complex issues and deliver a joined-up service. As part of the Wider Leadership Team, you’ll also contribute to business planning, risk management and shaping the future of Property Services.
