Adur & Worthing Councils is seeking a Technical Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Resources & Performance Team. You will help ensure our housing stock remains compliant across key statutory areas and support the technical and repairs teams in daily tasks.

The role covers Fire Safety, Asbestos, Electrical and Gas safety, Water hygiene, LOLER, and requires meticulous records management, coordination of repair schedules, and handling technical correspondence.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in landlord compliance, property repairs, or housing administration is an advantage; full training provided.
• Coordinate repair schedules and maintain accurate data records.
• Manage compliance documentation and technical correspondence to ensure safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Resources & Performance Team Leader to support housing stock compliance.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with the Resources & Performance Team Leader to provide administrative and operational support across technical and repairs teams.
• Ensure housing stock remains fully compliant across key statutory areas, including Fire Safety & Risk Assessments, Asbestos, Electrical Safety & Testing, Gas Safety & Servicing, Water Hygiene & Legionella, and Lifts & LOLER.
• Manage compliance documentation, coordinate repair schedules, maintain accurate data records and handle technical correspondence.
