Qualifications

• Substantial experience in housing compliance, asset management or a related field.
• Understanding of housing legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of housing compliance programmes ensuring statutory landlord obligations are met.
• Maintain strategic oversight of compliance risks across the housing portfolio, ensuring remedial actions arising from inspections.
• Ensure resident health, safety and wellbeing remain central to all compliance activities by supporting effective engagement and communication on compliance works.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, Approved Codes of Practice and regulatory requirements by leading internal and external audits and inspections.
