KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide visible, strategic Christian leadership, maintaining a Christ-centred culture that reflects Langley’s values, ethos and reputation.
  • Lead, supervise and develop a strong staff team through effective recruitment, appraisal, pastoral support, fair rotas and regular team communication.
  • Ensure clients receive safe, respectful and person-centred care and support, with outcomes managed effectively through case management systems and care plans.

  • Manage service quality, compliance, occupancy, budgets, buildings, payments and reporting in line with contractual, regulatory and statutory requirements.
ABOUT YOU
  • Faith-led and values-driven, you are a practising Christian with a strong understanding of Christian doctrine and a commitment to leading teams in line with Langley Trust's mission, values, and culture.
