Devon County Council is seeking a Housing Advisor to provide housing advice and support to Care Leavers who are rough sleeping or at high risk of rough sleeping. This fixed-term 12-month maternity cover role works 37 hours per week and forms part of a multi-disciplinary team across Devon.

• Reduce numbers of Care Leavers at risk of/homelessness/rough sleeping.
• Support Care Leavers to attain and sustain suitable accommodation and prevent homelessness.
• Engage with Personal Advisors, Homelessness Prevention workers and partner agencies to deliver housing related support.
