A Houseperson / Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while managing guest requests in a timely manner.

What will I be doing?

As a Houseperson/Room Attendant, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Looking after guests’ requests and completing them on time.
• Cleaning and maintaining laundry areas and storerooms.
• Undertaking regular deep cleaning tasks.
• Cleaning guests’ rooms as necessary.
• Vacuuming corridors and public areas as needed.
• Disposing of waste appropriately.
• Implementing guest turn-down service upon request.
• Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
• Carrying out lost property procedures.
• Assisting other departments as necessary and maintaining good working relationships.
