Warner Hotels Group at Bodelwyddan Castle is looking for a friendly Housekeeping Team Member to help maintain a clean, inviting environment for guests in a large, historic property with extensive leisure facilities. You will contribute to a spotless stay for guests across 238 bedrooms and public areas.

Training is provided, and you will join a supportive team dedicated to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to follow standards and maintain hygiene.
• Willing to train newcomers or those new to housekeeping.

Responsabilités

• Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and suites to standards.
• Changing bed linens, making beds, and replacing towels and guest amenities.
• Vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, mopping floors, and emptying bins.
• Reporting any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
• Restocking cleaning trolleys and manage linen stock levels.
• Following all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.

Join our team at Bodelwyddan Castle, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This Grade II listed Victorian building near the North Wales Coast houses a modern 238-bedroom hotel with a superb range of leisure facilities and numerous daily activities.,

• Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and suites to standards.
• Changing bed linens, making beds, and replacing towels and guest amenities.
• Vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, mopping floors, and emptying bins.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or lost property to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
• Restocking cleaning trolleys and manage linen stock levels.
• Following all health, safety, and hygiene guideline
