Warner Hotels at Bodelwyddan Castle is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Team Member on a 30-hour contract. You will clean public areas, guest bedrooms, and bathrooms, while assisting with night security patrols and responding to guest requests to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic individuals passionate about delivering great guest experiences and attention to detail.
• Happy to train newcomers to housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Public area cleaning of lounges, corridors, reception areas and toilets to keep spaces clean and welcoming.
• Carry out security patrols across the hotel and grounds during night shifts to ensure safety.
• Monitor and report security concerns, hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Support hotel operations during overnight shifts and respond to guest requests as needed.
• Clean and prepare guest bedrooms, bathrooms and suites to standard.
• Change bed linens, make beds and replace towels and amenities.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, mop floors and empty bins.
• Report maintenance issues or lost property to housekeeping staff.
• Restock cleaning trolleys and manage linen stock levels.
• Follow all health, safety and hygiene guidelines.

Join our team at Bodelwyddan Castle, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This Grade II listed Victorian building near the North Wales Coast houses a modern 238-bedroom hotel with a superb range of leisure facilities and numerous daily activities.

Housekeeping, Security & Public Areas Team Member

Up to £12.71 per hour | 30-hour contract | Variety of day and night shifts available

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Housekeeping Team Member to join us at Bodelwyddan Castle- Warner Hotels. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering great guest experiences and take pride in attention to detail. In this role, you'll be part of a supportive team, helping to create a clean, safe, and inviting environment where our guests can relax and enjoy their stay.

As a Housekeeping Team Member you'll be:

• Completing public area cleaning, ensuring lounges, corridors, reception areas, toilets, and other guest-facing spaces are clean, presentable, and welcoming.
• Carrying out security patrols across the hotel and grounds during night shifts, helping to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.
• Monitoring and reporting any security concerns, incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues to the relevant manager.
• Supporting the smooth running of hotel operations during overnight shifts and responding to guest requests where required.
• Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and suites to standards.
• Changing bed linens, making beds, and replacing towels and guest amenities.
• Vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, mopping floors, and emptying bins.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or lost property to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
• Restocking cleaning trolleys and manage linen stock levels.
• Following all health, safety, and hygiene guideline

As well as any other tasks your line manager asks you to do. We're happy to train you if you've never worked in a Housekeeping team before.
