Job summary

Rosslea Hall Hotel in the scenic village of Rhu near Helensburgh is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Team Member to ensure guest rooms meet high standards and to maintain a welcoming, pristine environment for guests.

You will follow cleaning checklists, replenish amenities and linens, handle lost property, and assist the team to meet daily room quotas while upholding health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to a high standard, including beds, bathrooms, and surfaces
• Replenish amenities, towels, and linens according to standards
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
• Follow cleaning checklists and brand standards
• Maintain a clean and organised housekeeping trolley
• Respect guest privacy and handle lost property appropriately
• Follow health & safety and COSHH guidelines at all times
• Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and timings
• Support team members and respond to guest requests when needed
