Job summary

Bespoke Hotels in Scotland is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Assistant to join the team at The Gairloch Hotel on the tranquil Wester Ross coastline.

You will help maintain clean, welcoming spaces for guests, follow company standards, and deliver great service with a smile. Experience in a similar role preferred; training provided. Flexible shifts and opportunities for progression are offered.

Qualifications

• The ideal person will have some experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• All cleaning activities are carried out with minimum inconvenience to the hotel guests.
• Ensure all cleaning in the designated areas is carried out to the Company standards.
• Be able to deal with any reasonable requests form guests in a professional manner.
• Ensure all maintenance issues are reported immediately following the correct procedure.
