Job summary

Rosslea Hall Hotel in the scenic village of Rhu near Helensburgh is seeking a friendly Housekeeping Team Member to help maintain our charming waterfront property. You will join a dedicated team delivering warm Scottish hospitality.

As a Housekeeping Team Member you will clean guest rooms, replenish amenities, and report maintenance issues while following health & safety guidelines. A proactive, customer-focused approach and teamwork are essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to a high standard, including beds, bathrooms, and surfaces
• Replenish amenities, towels, and linens according to standards
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
• Follow cleaning checklists and brand standards
• Maintain a clean and organised housekeeping trolley
• Respect guest privacy and handle lost property appropriately
• Follow health & safety and COSHH guidelines at all times
• Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and timings
• Support team members and respond to guest requests when needed
