Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member for The Crown Hotel Harrogate. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public spaces to the highest standards and supporting a safe, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.

The role requires flexibility to cover weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed, with opportunities for course sponsorship and other benefits. The team focuses on cleanliness, presentation, and regulatory compliance in a luxury hotel

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Strong organisational skills to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with teammates, other departments, and guests.
• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations with a proactive approach to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and facilities to maintain quality and address issues promptly.
• Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
