East Kent Colleges Group is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Team Leader at Broadstairs College to supervise daily cleaning operations, motivate staff and uphold health and safety standards across our estates.

This permanent role is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with split shifts. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensure high cleanliness, and contribute to a welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a housekeeping/cleaning team in a commercial environment.
• Willingness to work towards Level 2 English & Maths if not held.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily cleaning activities and staff.
• Motivate and support the team to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
