Job summary

The East Kent Colleges Group is looking for a proactive Housekeeper to help keep college buildings and grounds clean, safe and welcoming for students and staff. The role emphasises following safety guidelines, working with equipment, and contributing to a positive campus experience.

You will join a team focused on high standards of cleanliness and service, with opportunities to work independently or with others and to support the wider college environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a commercial cleaning environment or the ability to learn quickly.
• Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Some technology/computer experience would be an advantage.

Your Role: Maintain the cleanliness of the college buildings and grounds, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for students and staff. Prior experience working within health and safety guidelines is beneficial., We are seeking to appoint a positive, proactive, and efficient Housekeeper to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including the use of machinery.
