Job summary

Center Parcs UK & Ireland’s Whinfell Forest village is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee cleaning across public areas and lead a team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.

The fixed-term contract runs until 14 January 2027, with a 4-on 4-off shift pattern between 5am and 11:30pm. A minimum of 150 hours over a four-week period is guaranteed, with additional hours possible depending on operations.

Help keep the forest feeling fresh

We're looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our cleaning services. You will lead and motivate a team, maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and support training and development initiatives.

• Oversee Housekeeping operations for public and communal areas across the village
• Lead, train and develop team members to maintain high standards of service
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently achieved
• Monitor and meet departmental targets for efficiency and quality

Your working hours

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 14th January 2027

• Full-time contract, 4-on 4-off shift pattern, working between 5am and 11:30pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
