Job summary

Avisford Park Hotel is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Team Leader to drive cleanliness and guest experience across public areas and guest rooms. You will lead the housekeeping team, train colleagues, and ensure standards are maintained in partnership with the Hotel Manager.

You're expected to show strong leadership, communication, problem solving and a keen eye for detail, with knowledge of health and safety regulations to keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a Team Leader role within a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping team to ensure high cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout the hotel.
• Manage daily operations and monitor progress using standard processes.
• Train and develop colleagues, ensuring safe working practices.
