Job summary

The Welcome Team is seeking a Team Leader & Admin for maternity cover to supervise our housekeeping team across Derbyshire Dales holiday cottages. You’ll coordinate daily turnarounds, monitor cleaning standards and step in to clean to ensure guest-ready properties on time.

You’ll also handle admin tasks around rotas, maintenance logs and simple records, working about 5 hours weekly. Experience in holiday lets or housekeeping is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous holiday let or housekeeping experience is preferred.
• You’ll need to be organised and reliable.
• Confident using a phone, email and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily turnarounds and check cleaning/presentation standards.
• Step in to clean when needed to keep properties guest-ready on time.
• Be the first point of contact for housekeepers and relay property notes, flag issues.
• Admin duties (~5 hours per week): check rotas, log maintenance and linen issues, keep simple records.
