Lakeside Coastal Village at Warner Hotels Group on Hayling Island is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to cover a Maternity Leave. You will oversee daily cleaning across accommodation and public areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has housekeeping experience, strong leadership, and a pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

Competenze

• Experience in hotel or accommodation housekeeping.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
• Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.

Mansioni

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.
• Allocate duties and room assignments according to occupancy levels and operational priorities.
• Inspect guest accommodation, bathrooms, communal areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet company standards.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned, checked, and ready for guest arrivals within the required timeframes.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members, promoting teamwork and professional conduct.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, cleaning products, towels, and linen, reporting shortages when necessary.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are used safely and correctly.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and health and safety concerns to the relevant department.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints.
• Maintain accurate cleaning schedules, inspection records, and shift handover reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, hygiene requirements, and health and safety regulations.
