RBH Hospitality Management operates the Mercure Paignton and ibis Styles Paignton. We are seeking a Housekeeper supervisor who can lead our housekeeping team across both hotels, delivering consistent, high standards of cleanliness and guest care.

You will oversee room and public area cleaning, manage schedules, training, and performance reviews, and ensure health and safety compliance. A flexible, friendly approach is essential to maintain our reputation and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in housekeeping.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms and common areas to high standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, restock amenities.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with team.
• Plan and schedule shifts, and assist in department checks.
• Train and develop the team; support housekeeping manager.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
