Job summary

Kingdom Services Group is recruiting a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily hotel housekeeping operations, lead and mentor the team, and ensure bedrooms, public areas and facilities meet the highest standards.

You will manage rotas, inspect rooms, monitor cleaning supplies, and coordinate with the General Manager, Operations Manager and HR. The role requires strong leadership, reliability and attention to detail in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a hotel housekeeping environment, ideally with supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong communication and people-management skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and motivate the housekeeping team.
• Organise and delegate daily tasks to team members.
• Produce and manage rotas based on hotel occupancy.
• Carry out daily room and quality inspections.
• Check vacant and ready rooms meet required standards.
• Manage public areas and linen room standards.
• Ensure maintenance issues are reported and followed up.
• Manage keys and conduct regular key audits.
• Support the management of lost property.
• Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are stored correctly.
• Complete quality audits and address any issues.
• Monitor wastage and minimise it.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Operations Manager and HR as needed.
• Record team member hours for payroll.
• Order cleaning chemicals and equipment within budget.
• Maintain linen stock and accurate records.
