Job summary

Holiday Inn Milton Keynes - Central is looking for an Assistant Hospitality Manager to lead the housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, public spaces, conference areas, lounges and bars.

You will work with the Housekeeping Manager to train, develop and motivate staff, drive continuous improvement, and deliver a seamless guest experience across a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in hospitality
• Experience training and developing service teams
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Leading the housekeeping team and day-to-day operations
