The Wordsworth Inn in Grasmere, part of The Inn Collection Group, is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the room‑cleansing team and ensure every guest enjoys a pristine, welcoming environment. You will supervise room cleaning to high standards, coordinate stocks of linen and amenities, train staff, and report to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel cleaning operations.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in standards.
• Ability to lead a small team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms to high standards and maintain welcoming public areas.
• Manage stocks of linen, towels and room supplies for the team.
• Train new and existing team members and report to the General Manager.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and follow safety guidelines.
