As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will supervise room attendants, ensuring rooms and corridors are cleaned to the required standard. You will be passionate about delivering professional, efficient, and exceptional guest service, with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in ensuring smooth departmental operations in the absence of the Head Housekeeper.
2. Check vacant bedrooms to ensure they meet standards before being handed back to reception.
3. Conduct daily spot checks on serviced rooms to maintain quality standards.
4. Train new room attendants on cleaning and servicing procedures.
5. Prepare work lists and rotas for room attendants when necessary.
6. Attend relevant training sessions.
7. Report maintenance issues in rooms.
8. Perform cleaning and servicing of bedrooms as needed.
9. Ensure uniform standards are consistently maintained.
10. Handle guest requests such as robes, extra beds, cots, and other amenities.
11. Inspect bedspreads, curtains, and soft furnishings for repairs or stains and address accordingly.
12. Check carpets for damages or stains and coordinate repairs with the Head Housekeeper.
