A prominent healthcare provider in Redditch is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure an efficient housekeeping service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness and infection control standards, conducting staff appraisals, and resolving issues promptly. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a cleaning role, knowledge of Health and Safety, and the ability to work as part of a team. This part-time position requires availability on Thursday and Friday afternoons.

Matrons, Departmental Heads, Senior Nurses, Ward and Departmental staff, Infection Control, Estates and Supplies, patients and visitors.
