Job summary

Marriott Leicester is seeking a hands-on housekeeping supervisor to lead our team and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards. You’ll coach colleagues, assign shifts, and respond to guest requests to maintain our home-from-home experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate housekeeping activity, planning and distributing room‑cleaning assignments.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas after they’ve been cleaned, to ensure the highest standards are being met.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues and missing or damaged property.
• Respond to guest and Front Desk requests.
• Run reports on arrivals, departures and vacant ready rooms.
• Monitor linen and terry inventory to ensure sufficient stock.
• Monitor and order guest room amenities and cleaning products.

What you’ll do
