Job summary

Leicester Marriott in Enderby, England is hiring a housekeeping supervisor to lead daily room-cleaning operations and inspire a team of room attendants. You’ll coordinate schedules, coach staff, and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet Marriott’s high standards for cleanliness and presentation.

You will respond to guest and Front Desk requests, monitor supplies, and help maintain the hotel’s welcoming, home-away-from-home environment with a focus on wellbeing and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate housekeeping activity, planning and distributing room-cleaning assignments
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure the highest standards
• Identify and report maintenance issues and missing or damaged property
• Respond to guest and Front Desk requests
• Run reports on arrivals, departures and vacant ready rooms
• Monitor linen and terry inventory to ensure sufficient stock
• Monitor and order guest room amenities and cleaning products

What You’ll Do
