Job summary

Verde Resorts Management is hiring three Food and Beverage Assistants for Rivendale Lodge Retreat in the Peak District. This permanent, part-time role is 20 hours per week, with shifts Wednesday to Sunday, including weekends and bank holidays, at an hourly rate up to £12.71.

The role involves serving guests, taking orders, handling EPOS cash, and maintaining a five-star standard across restaurant and bar areas. A driving licence is advantageous for travel between resorts.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Front of House team and contribute to guest experience.
• Take food and drink orders and deliver promptly.

• Assist with clearing, cleaning and resetting tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation to a five-star standard.
• Support stock rotation and restocking of service areas.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the EPOS system.
• Assist with collecting glasses and tableware to keep areas tidy.
• Work with team to uphold company standards and guest satisfaction.

Food and Beverage Assistant

We are looking for three Food and Beverage Assistants to join our team at Rivendale Lodge Retreat in The Peak District. Hourly rate of up to £12.71.

These are permanent positions to work part time hours. This will be 20 hours across variable days between Wednesday and Sunday which will include weekends and bank holidays.

About the role

Main Responsibilities:

The successful Food and Beverage Assistant will:

• Become an integral part of the Front of House team, contributing to a welcoming and professional guest experience.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables within the restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all bar and restaurant areas to a five-star standard.
• Support accurate and efficient stock rotation and restocking of service areas.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the EPOS system.
• Assist with the swift collection of glasses and tableware to maintain a tidy and professional environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to uphold company standards and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar Food and Beverage or hospitality role is preferred.
• Positive work ethic with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous for travel to and from the resort.
