Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Inverness is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Head Housekeeper and lead the team in delivering Leonardo standards.

You'll train new team members, coordinate room lists, monitor stock, and collaborate with other departments to ensure memorable guest experiences. The role emphasises staff development, wellbeing initiatives, training programmes, and a clear progression path within a welcoming team.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Head Housekeeper to maintain the Leonardo standard in the hotel.
• Train new team members to build confidence in their roles.
• Inspect rooms and monitor stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Create and distribute room lists and coordinate daily tasks with the team.
• Inspire the team to exceed guests' expectations and deliver memorable experiences.
