Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Head Housekeeper in delivering the Leonardo standard across the hotel. You’ll be coaching the team, organizing room readiness, and ensuring clean, welcoming spaces for guests.

You’ll also coordinate with other departments, oversee stock levels, and motivate staff to exceed guest expectations, with ongoing training and clear progression paths within a supportive culture.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of the team as you’ll be working with the Head Housekeeper to inspire and motivate the team, ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences with us.

You’ll be creating and distributing room lists to the team, ensuring that the department’s productivity is aligned with targets, and inspiring the team to exceed our guests’ expectations.
