Job summary

Leonardo Hotel London Heathrow Airport is seeking a proactive Room Attendant to support the housekeeping team. You will dust, polish, vacuum, refresh towels and linen, and clean bathrooms to ensure every bedroom is spotless for guests. Full training is provided, with flexible hours and overtime opportunities in a welcoming hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, polishing, vacuuming bedrooms and corridors.
• Refreshing towels and linen; stripping and making beds as required.
• Cleaning bathrooms and reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. As a Room Attendant, you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel, so we want you to take pride in everything you’ll be doing to support the Head Housekeeper and keep our hotel clean as a whistle. We offer flexible working conditions with the opportunity for overtime. Full training will be provided so that you are confident to ensure that every bedroom and bathroom is clean and well-presented for our guests.
