Job summary

WGC is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team at Shrigley Hall Hotel & Spa. You’ll report to the Head Housekeeper, drive daily operations, and focus on guest satisfaction while managing budgets and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Improve productivity and efficiency of room cleaning.
• Analyse guest data to plan resources and materials required to meet operational requirements.
• Maintain strong working relationships with GM, Hotel Team, HSK team and suppliers.
• Identify ways to improve Guest Satisfaction.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Policy, COSHH/Manual Handling.
• Recruit, train, manage and monitor team performance daily/weekly.
• Deliver and exceed financial targets.
• Manage expenditure and payroll to ensure budgets are achieved.
• Participate in training to improve skills and performance.
• Solve routine challenges that occur on the job.

Housekeeping Supervisor / Room Attendant (Dual Role)

This is a dual-role position combining Housekeeping Supervisor and Room Attendant responsibilities. You will support the housekeeping operation through a mix of supervising the team and cleaning guest rooms.
