Job summary

Valor Hospitality in Harrogate is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to train and supervise all housekeeping staff. The role focuses on motivating the team, coaching colleagues, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest service.

The position requires an extraordinary attention to detail and flexibility to work across shifts seven days a week, with 40 hours per week. Apprenticeship and brand training opportunities are available as part of career development.

£ 13.37 per hour. 40 hours per week across 5 days.

Do you enjoy motivating, coaching and supporting others in being the best they can be? You can put your skills to the test as you will be responsible for the training and supervision of all members of the housekeeping department.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
