Job summary

Point A Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our hotel housekeeping team in Greater London. You will inspect rooms, coach staff, and ensure consistently high cleanliness and presentation standards while maintaining a warm, hospitable guest experience.

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor with previous housekeeping experience, ideally in a hotel environment, who takes genuine pride in high standards of cleanliness, presentation and heartfelt hospitality. Previous supervisory experience would be an advantage. You’ll bring a keen eye for detail and the confidence to inspect rooms, provide constructive feedback and help the team consistently meet our standards.

Organised and approachable, you’ll communicate clearly, allocate rooms and duties fairly and efficiently, and support, train and motivate your colleagues. You’ll monitor team productivity and room completion times, manage competing priorities under pressure and work closely with other departments to keep daily operations running smoothly.

With a positive, flexible and hands‑on approach, you’ll lead by example and help create a professional, supportive working environment. You’ll use your initiative and problem‑solving skills to address day‑to‑day challenges, report and follow up on maintenance issues, and ensure corridors, linen stores and staff areas remain clean and organised.
