Qualifications

• Proven hospitality experience in hotel environments.
• Strong organisational and people-management skills.
• Hands-on approach with focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Check rooms after cleaning and ensure standards before release.
• Provide regular feedback and training to room attendants.
• Attend departmental meetings and communicate performance goals clearly.
• Conduct weekly stock counts on floors.
• Oversee room prep for VIP guests and site inspections.
• Assist in delivering training and monitor daily adherence to standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Check rooms after cleaning, rectifying any areas not in line with standards before releasing the room
• Provide regular feedback and training to the room attendants about room cleanliness to help them achieve the required standards in the required timeframe
• Attend departmental meetings and assist in ensuring a clear and consistent communication regarding team performance and goals
• Execute a weekly stock count on the floors
• Oversees room preparation for VIP guests and site inspections.
• Assist in delivery of departmental trainings. Ensure team understands the training and monitor if standards are followed on a daily basis

• Proven experience in hospitality
• Strong organisational skills, with experience managing large and diverse teams
• Approachable, hands-on, and passionate about guest experience and team development
• Drive to go above and beyond, in exceeding guest expectations and finding ways to continually improve service.
