Housekeeping Supervisor, Welcome Break, Ramada Cambridge CB23 4WU

Responsibilities

• Lead your housekeeping team to ensure we provide clean and fresh rooms to all our guests.
• Work alongside your team, helping to make beds and clean bathrooms where necessary.
• Report any damages while keeping yourself, the team, and our customers safe.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness in rooms and public areas.
• Train and supervise staff to maintain cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards.
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and resolve any issues on the job.
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests.
• Schedule shifts and arrange replacements in cases of absence.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products, linen stock, and quality stock.
• Participate in large cleaning projects as required and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications / Experience

• Ideally, experience leading teams in a housekeeping environment, preferably in the hotel sector.
• We will consider other candidates with previous housekeeping experience.
