Job summary

Whitbread's Premier Inn London Archway is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to drive high standards, lead the housekeeping team and support hotel operations. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, people development and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the Hotel Manager, manage staffing and training, and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements while championing brand standards across the hotel.

Qualifications

• Management experience in housekeeping or similar environment.
• Eye for detail and ability to uphold brand standards.
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance, including COSHH.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver high standards daily.
• Support the Hotel Manager with recruitment, training and performance management.
• Manage laundry and labour controls effectively.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and cleanliness audits.
• Champion health and safety practices across the hotel and COSHH compliance.
• Communicate clearly with other departments and handle fast-paced pressures calmly.
