Job summary

Manorview is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping teams across venues, ensuring impeccable cleanliness in rooms and public areas, and maintaining high safety and hygiene standards. You will oversee laundry and linen provisioning, coach teams, and collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest journey.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an impeccable standard of cleanliness across rooms, public areas, and back of house.
• Ensure provision of clean, well-maintained laundry and linen in stock cupboards.
• Monitor and coach housekeeping teams to sustain high performance.
• Lead conversations with other Heads of Department to deliver a seamless guest journey throughout the venue.
• Promote a happier team environment with fair wages, tips and service charges retained by staff.
