Job summary

Motel One Germany BetriebsGmbH is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping department and support guest and employee well-being. You will coordinate ordering, deliveries, and collaborate with cleaning staff while upholding Motel One standards of cleanliness.

You will also help onboard and train new team members, share cross-training insights, and work with diverse, multicultural teams to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with willingness to support across departments.
• Strong English language skills.
• Interest in developing staff and coaching new employees.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and assist in ordering and deliveries within housekeeping.
• Collaborate with internal and external cleaning staff to maintain standards.
• Ensure Motel One Housekeeping standards and cleanliness across all areas.
• Co-responsible for onboarding, coaching, cross-training of new staff in Housekeeping.
• Provide cross-department insights through collaboration in multicultural teams.
