Motel One Germany BetriebsGmbH is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the coordination and management of the housekeeping department, focusing on guest and employee well‑being. You will help implement Motel One standards and supervise day‑to‑day cleanliness across all areas.

Responsibilities include coordinating orders and deliveries, collaborating with internal and external cleaning staff, coaching new hires, and driving cross‑training in our multicultural teams to maintain high

Qualifications

• Ideally have professional experience in the hotel/catering and/or cleaning industry.
• Enjoy developing employees – management experience is beneficial.
• Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as an aptitude for keeping things clean and tidy.
• Be open and communicative and have a solid command of English.
• Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the housekeeping department.
• Oversee ordering and deliveries within the housekeeping department.
• Collaborate with internal and external cleaning staff.
• Ensure Motel One Housekeeping standards and responsibility for cleanliness in all areas.
• Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal coaching, cross-training and induction of new employees in Housekeeping.
• Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through cooperation in our multicultural teams.
