Job summary

Park Holidays UK is seeking a dedicated housekeeping assistant to join our team in the UK. You will clean holiday homes and communal areas, assist with laundry, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The role is part-time (Mondays and Fridays), £12.71 per hour with 12 weekly hours. You’ll work in a supportive environment with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks within working hours.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning and laundry duties.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures for cleaning and laundry.
• Willingness to work on Mondays and Fridays and adapt to tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain holiday homes and communal areas to a high standard.
• Assist with laundry tasks including washing, drying, and ironing linen and towels.
• Use and store cleaning products and equipment safely following health and safety guidelines.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management.
• Collaborate with staff to prioritise tasks and complete duties efficiently.
• Provide courteous guest service and address housekeeping requests.
